I am the Founder and Managing Director of Bridge Consulting and I ams dedicated to empowering people to do their best work by supporting them in focusing on their strengths and acquiring new skills. I have been in the coaching and training industry working with individuals and organizations in China and Europe since 2011.
With a cross-cultural communication background, I have helped many teams and organizations improve their soft skills across cultures: presenting, negotiating, influencing, leading, and communicating with peers and clients from diverse backgrounds. My strength is creating and delivering customized, engaging and effective group and individual training and coaching programs to help organizations, executives, and teams work effectively in complex global environments.
I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and hold the Associate Certified Coach credential since 2022.
I am also a community leader: in 2018 I founded the Global Women Entrepreneur Network (G.W.E.N.), a learning and sharing community focused on helping women entrepreneurs improve their personal and business skills, and from 2019 to 2021 I co-founded and lead Monday Morning Motivation, a community for everyone who wants to develop healthy, meaningful and sustainable habits.
When I am not working, I am developing my passion for knitting, minimalism, and philosophical discussions with good friends.
